How do I send my first campaign?
After onboarding, we provision your senders, register your numbers, and import your contact list. You approve the message content, and we execute the dispatch. Most teams send their first campaign within a week of signing up.
Do I need to manage anything technical?
No. We handle carrier registrations, compliance, number provisioning, and sending infrastructure. You focus on your program and your customers.
Can I see who replied?
Yes. The console surfaces every inbound reply in a live inbox, plus per-campaign delivery telemetry. Replies can also be forwarded to your email or phone.
What about opt-outs?
We automatically process STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, and HELP keywords per carrier rules. Opted-out contacts are suppressed from future sends automatically.
